The practical details
- Feathers are earned after payment succeeds and apply to merchandise after discounts.
- One feather reward may be used per order.
- Feathers cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.
- At launch, feathers do not expire.
Returns and refunds
If an order is refunded, feathers earned on that order are removed and feathers redeemed on it are returned. A balance will never be reduced below zero. Contact us if an adjustment does not look right.
