Keep it original
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in the condition received.
Pack it safely
Use tracked shipping and protective packaging. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless we made an error.
Refund review
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is inspected.
Not returnable
Final-sale items, intimate garments, and items altered or damaged after delivery cannot be returned unless required by law.
